PUMPKIM MUSELI

I’m a huge pumpkin fan because it’s got iron and a healthy dose of Vitamin A:

1.5 Cups of Old Fashion Oats

1 Cup of Almond Milk (Califia Farms Horchata really gives this mixture the perfect sweetness, I’ve tried others and it’s not quite the same)

1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 15oz Can of Organic Pumpkin

1. Pour Oats into a glassware bowl.

2. Sprinkle Pumpkin Pie spice.

3. Add half a can of Pumpkin.

4. Pour in Almond Milk.

5. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and even texture is achieved.

6. Cover and store in fridge overnight to allow the Oats to soften with the other ingredients added.

7. Enjoy the next morning! Note that my portion size will create quite a bit so you may divide in half or by thirds to scale down the quantity and enjoy more servings over another day or two!
